    Working with PDFs

    Entry Requirements and Mandatory Meeting

    Competing teams shall be responsible for meeting all entry requirements per NSSA Rule 6.04, Entry Requirements & Tournament Paperwork. Download NSSA Rulebook. Per NSSA Rule 10.04, each team must send a representative to the mandatory meetings, and check-in wil be in the Stone Shelter at the following times:

    All teams competing on Friday - immediately following Individuals awards on Thursday, but not before 4:00pm

    All teams competing on Saturday and Sunday - immediately after Division III awards on Friday, but not before 4:00pm

    The 2023 Wisconsin State Water Ski Show Championships will be webcast. Therefore, there are some additional forms required.

    1. Team Tournament Roster (name, address, and birthdate for each member)
      • this is your team's own roster that is usually maintained by a membership person
      • must match #2 and #3, and will be verified
    2. WWSF Team Roster (click here for team rosters page)
      • must match #1 and #3, and will be verified
    3. USA Water Ski & Wake Sports Team Roster (name, membership number, and renewal date for each member)
      • obtain through your team/club login on the USA-WSWS website
      • must match #1 and #2, and will be verified
    4. Team Officials Roster from USA Water Ski & Wake Sports highlighting the following:
      • NSSA Safety Coordinator
      • Tournament Drivers rating for all towboat drivers
      • Show Director(s) and Assistant Show Director(s) or equivalent SafeSport Certification (with proof of current background check)
    5. NSSA Tournament Driver's Report (SCR 1.08)
    6. USA Water Ski & Wake Sports Towboat Liability Form (NSSA Version)
      • Can combine with #7 in same PDF(s)
    7. Certificates of Insurance (COI) or copies of the Declaration Pages to the boat policies
      • Proper for certificate holder and additional insured as noted on #6 form
      • Make sure COI and endorsement for each boat are organized accordingly and in order by motorized craft
        • Tow 1 COI, Tow 1 Endorsement, Tow 2 COI, Tow 2 Endorsement, PUB1 COI, PUB1 Endorsement, etc.
      • Can combine with #6 in same PDF(s)
    8. USHPA Membership Card and Manufacturer Sticker(s) (if applicable and only if using kite flying as an act in your show)
      • Pilot(s) must be rated "Hang 2" or better
      • Must also include copy hang glider manufacturer sticker(s)
      • This info must also be provided to the chief judge
    9. Wireless Microphone Frequency/Frequencies and Club Radio Frequency (SCR 9.09)
    10. Judges Form (15 copies of each)
      • Copies should single-sided only.
